Smart Cubs is an Online Rental Library of Toys and Books where parents can select from more than 3000 Toys/Books and take those on rent for their children. We also offer Toys on rent for Birthday Parties and Kids Parties.

We have an inventory of more than 3000 Toys and Books.

Smart Cubs has partnered with the best of International and Local Brands such as: Leap Frog, Vtech, ELC, Fisher Price, Funskool, Playskool, Tomy, Baby Einstein, Ok Play, Chicco, Creative, Frank Education, Wow, Beebop, Skillofun, Little Tikes, Cotoons, Intex, ELC, Dinsey, Hasbro, Mattel, Think Tank (erstwhile Dr Woods) and many more.

5. What are the charges for Membership?

6. How do I sign up for Smart Cubs Membership?
 
ONLINE
1. Click on Register button
2. Once you Register, you need to select your Membership Plan from the Packages page
3. You can make payment either at the time of Delivery or through NEFT (online transfer)

OFFLINE
1. Call Mrs. Nidhi on Mobile No. 916 777 1667
2. We will create your account with the Membership Plan of your choice
3. You can make payment either at the time of Delivery or through NEFT (online transfer)

OR

1. Visit our Library
2. We will create your account with the Membership Plan of your choice
3. You can make payment at the Library itself by Cash or Cheque
 
7. How do I rent Toys/Books?
 
a. You need to Login with your username/Password and go to the Toys/Books section.
b. Select the items based upon your requirements and put them in the Borrow List
c. Click on the “Submit” button
 
8. How many Toys and Books can I take on rent?
 
Based upon the Membership plan you select, you will be eligible to use a certain number of points per month. For eg,
1. Every Toy/Book is assigned certain number of points. For eg, a particular Toy could be of 3 points and a Book could be of 2 points, etc
2. If you take the "Cubs Silver Plan, you will get 20 points every month in your account to use.
3. So, you will be able to select any number of Toys and Books that add up to 20 points in a month
4. After the month gets over, you will again get 20 points in your account to select new Toys/Books for that month
 
9. What is a Borrow List?
 
Borrow List, is a list in which you put the Toys/Books that you would like to Borrow NOW.
 
10. What is a Wish List
 
Wish List, is a list in which you put the Toys/Books that you would like to receive in the future.
 
11.What is a Readymade Toy Box?
 
If you don’t have the time to sit and select the Toys/Books on our website, you can just click on the “Readymade Toy Box” on the Home page. Our experts will then select the age appropriate toys/books for your child and send you the same. Or you can call Mrs. Nidhi on Mobile No. 916 777 1667 and she will create an assortment of Toys/Books for your child and send the same.
 
12.How do I make payment for the Membership?
 
You can make payment through any of the following mediums:
A. Cash on Delivery: Our person will collect the cash during the time of the First Delivery of Toys/Books.
B. Cheque: Cheque can be made in favor of "Nidhi Musaddi". Our person will collect it from your Residence/Office and you will receive the First Delivery of Toys/Books after clearance of the cheque.
C. NEFT (Online Bank Transfer): You can make an Online Transfer of money through your Bank Account. Once you have made the transfer, please send us the details of the transfer on contact@smartcubs.com. Once the funds are received in our account, you will receive the delivery of the Toys/Books.

13.How are the Toys/Books delivered to me?
 
Once you submit your Borrow List, we will make the delivery to you within 2 working days. We will call you before hand to plan the delivery date and time.
 
14.How often will the Toys/Books be delivered to me?
 
We offer two deliveries in a month for all Membership Plans, except for the Cubs Basic Plan in which case, the delivery will be once every month.
 
15.How do I return the Toys/Books to Smart Cubs?
 
We keep track of your delivery and pick-up dates. So, you don’t need to remember anything. We will call you to inform the pick-up and delivery date of the Toys/Books
 
16.Are there any Delivery charges?
 
There are no Delivery charges, except for the big items such as Slides, Trampoline, Riding Car, etc. For the big items, delivery charges will be on actual transportation cost incurred.
 
17.What is the Quality of Toys/Books that you provide on rent?
 
Smart Cubs have partnered only with the best and reputed known Brands in the Industry for its Toys and Books. This ensures that the Quality of our Toys and Books is Top-notch and thus eliminating any doubt in a parents’ mind about the quality of the Toys and Books
We also make sure that, Toys/Books that have got damaged or worn out are removed from our inventory and donated to organizations who serve the less fortunate
 
18.How does Smart Cubs ensure that all its Toys/Books are clean and hygienic?
 
Smart Cubs follows a stringent process to maintain the Toys and Books in clean and hygienic conditions. For eg, all our Toys are cleaned with specific Toy sanitizers, and delivered in Shrink Wrap and High grade plastic pouches to you.

19.Can I carry forward my un-used points to next month.
 
We recommend that you use all your points in a given month, as it won’t be possible to carry forward the balance points to next Month.
 
20.Can I enroll more than one child for the Membership?
 
Yes. You can enroll more than one child for the Membership and take Toys/Books for all your children
 
21. Are there any late fees?
 
No. We don’t believe in charging late fees. However as a courtesy, please inform us atleast 4 days in advance on contact@smartcubs.com, if you are getting delayed to return the Toy/Book for any genuine reason.
 
22.Can I keep the Toy/Book for more than 30 days?
 
As per policy you can keep the Toys/Book only for 30 days. However, if you want to extend the rental period of any specific item – please inform us atleast 4 days in advance by writing on contact@smartcubs.com We will adjust the points for that Toy/Book in the next month’s cycle
 
23.Can I book Toys/Books in advance?
 
Sure, you can Login to the website and create a separate “Wish List” (Wishlist is the list of Toys/Books that would like to receive in the future)
 
24. Can I get toys for specific occasions, such as Birthday Parties, Kiddie Parties, Diwali Holidays, Summer Holidays, Christmas Holidays, Outdoor camps, Summer Camps, etc

25.Can I purchase any Toys/Books that I have taken on rent?
 
Smart Cubs is not into selling of Books/Toys. However, as a member, if you want to buy any specific Toy/Book – we will facilitate the purchase for you – so that you can get the best discounted deal from our contacts.
 
26.What do I do if the Toy that I received was broken or in damaged condition?
 
If you receive any Toy/Book that is in damaged condition, please don’t take delivery of that specific item and inform the Delivery Boy about the same. Please also inform us on contact@smartcubs.com or call Mrs. Nidhi on Mobile No. 916 777 1667. We will send the replacement Toy/Book.
 
27.What do I do, if my child breaks the toy or damages a book?
 
If the Toy/Book gets damaged by your child, then you have two options:
1. If the Toy/Book is damaged in such a way that it does not impact the functionality of the Toy/Book, then you can pay us only the depreciated price of the toy/book that we agree upon.

OR

2. If the Toy/Book is fully damaged or is lost, then you have to pay us the MRP of the Toy/Book minus 20%. For eg, if the MRP of the Toy is Rs. 500, then you pay us Rs. 400.

As our core philosophy, we are not in the business of making money from our members by charging for damaged toys unnecessarily. We believe that a happy member will grow with us and a long relationship will eventually help us to recover our costs on damaged items.
 
28.How do I donate Toys/Books?
 
If your child is keen to make someone other kids happy, please write to us or call us for details and we will facilitate the donation.

And for this good deed, we will Incentivize your child with 5 more points that you can use to rent more toys/books

29.What if, the Toy/Book that I am looking for is not stocked in the Smart Cubs Library?

30.How do I renew my Membership plan?
 
You will need to login with your Username/password, access your Account Profile and click on “Renew Membership Plan” or call Mrs. Nidhi on Mobile No. 916 777 1667 and we will renew your plan.
 
31.How do I upgrade/downgrade my Membership plan?
 
You will need to login with your Username/password, access your Account Profile and click on “Upgrade/Downgrade Membership Plan” or call Mrs. Nidhi on Mobile No. 916 777 1667 and we will change your plan.
 
32.How do cancel my membership and when will I get my Security Deposit back?
 
Please get in touch with us on contact@smartcubs.com or call Mrs. Nidhi on Mobile No. 916 777 1667. We will return your Security Deposit within 4 working days, after deducting any balance dues or amount for damage of Toys/Books.
Any un-used amount of your membership plan for a particular month cannot be refunded. However, we will refund any complete month's fees in full.
 
33.Can I put my account in Suspension Mode?
 
Yes, you can put your account in Suspension Mode for a maximum period of 1 month in a given calendar year. Please get in touch with us on contact@smartcubs.com or call Mrs. Nidhi on Mobile No. 916 777 1667.
